Can I plug a Windows10 HDD from my intel laptop to newly building AMD Ryzen desktop?

I have a Dell laptop (intel i3+ 1GB NVIDIA) that came with Windows8 and now it is currently updated to Windows10. Now the laptop is dead and only hard disk is the usable part in it now. Now im building a pc with AMD Ryzen5 2400G. How do i get my windows key for the new build from the os installed in the laptop hard disk(i have no windows cd with laptop).

Is that copy of windows not re usable?
Or do this boot on new pc?

2x4GB DDR4 2400MHz RAM
500GB HDD
