Can I plug another drive?

Dear Team,
Yesterday I purchased New western Digital WD10EZRZ Hard Drive. I inserted into my PC. Already I connected 1 Dvd Writer and 1 Samsung 320 GB Hard Disk for Backup purpose. My SMPS is Hytech 450 W. I want to connect DEEPCOOL ICEDISK 2 COOLER for my new hard disk. Because of the temperature, the hard disk is nearly 38-40 degrees. Can I connect the DEEPCOOL ICEDISK 2 COOLER?

Because already I connected 3 drives ( 1 TB newly bought Western Digital, 1 DVD Writer, and 1 Samsung 320 GB). I need your suggestion.

Adding HDDs and coolers has little impact on overall power requirements, they don't need much. Your GPU and CPU are main power usage hoggers.
