Ah, a USB adapter.

From April 2018, appears to be for W10.
Unfortunately, the quality of USB adapters vary dramatically and I've no direct experience with this one.
I do know, if you can determine the chip used inside it (RealTek, Qualcomm etc), you may be able to source newer drivers from the vendors themselves...
