Can I power an i7

So I have a an sapphire r9 290x tri-x GPU. My CPU is a Athlon x4 760k. And my PSU is a corsair RM750.

I am looking to upgrade to a i7 4790k and was wondering if my power supply would be able to this run okay? I do have some other things like a 30w cpu cooler but nothing major that would draw a lot of power.

So do you guys think I could run it?

Yeah that's no problem. The Core i7-4790K barely uses any more power than the Athlon x4 760K, in fact its TDP is slightly lower. And the RM750 is pretty much overkill for your system anyway.
