I bought a MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard. I got 2 sticks of memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 .
I bought those two sticks then forgot I had purchased them and bought 2 more just the exact same. Can I use all 4 sticks? Or should I send two back?

Depends, they could all work together or they may not. Or they may work at slower speeds, or have stability issues. RAM is sold in factory matched pairs for this reason so you could try and see if they work but then again depending on where you bought them from may not take them back if theyve been opeend.
