Can i put a 940mx in a laptop?

If I have a Lenovo 510, with 4gb ram, 1tb hdd and i3 6100u with hd 520 graphics, can I put a M gpu or 940mx in it? Only reason I wanna know is because there is a Lenovo 510 but with 8gb ram i5 6200u and 940mx so mine is the model with slightly less ram and no gpu so would it possible to use it? I do know that both the 510 I am using and the 510 with 940mx use same motherboards but not sure if there would be a way of putting any gpu inside it.
I know absolutely nothing about laptops at all I usually do desktop

Also can whoever answers not be sarcastic and talk down like I often have on here.

I will assume your meant the Lenovo Thinkpad 510, if not please correct the complete model name.
your Hardware Service Manual can be see at https://www.manualslib.com/products/Lenovo-Thinkpad-510-2722196.html
after reviewing the manual, your correct to assume there are various versions of the motherboard with graphic interfaces.
but to achieve what your looking to do, would be to perform the not so simple task of tearing the PC all the way down to the motherboard, replace it with a used/new motherboard of your choice that would function with your 510 case and reassemble the laptop completely. (As per service manual under the subject of replacing FRU'S)

Personally if I was you , if you have the cash to get a new Lenovo board, I would let a professional do the swap out. its isn't hard, just, a ton of parts inside a laptop case... and truly a lot of things can go wrong, think of a jenga tower 100 ft long...

Okay and it is the Lenova 510 IdeaPad not sure if that makes much difference, so even though they both use the same motherboard I won't be able to do it :/ meh nevermind I I just wanna be able to play some games at 30fps, like bf4 720p low settings I dunno if it would handle 30fps on the hd 520 nor csgo I have a desktop for heavy gaming with an rx480 but I wanna use laptop for things like skyrim, csgo, war thunder and bf4 maybe on low but thanks anyway, I wish they made laptops with a pcie slot that you could just connect special laptop gpus too
