Solution
As PC Tailor wrote those are both diferent things.

The main thing you have to worry (be carefull) when adding a new GPU to your current PC is, Will my PSU be enough?, Does it have the correct cables?

All discrete GPUs need power, some lots, some not soo much, some less, be sure your PSU have enough power to deliver to the GPU you want to add.

You will need the brand and model of your PSU to find the specs on the web (unless you know all that already).
