I have a PC and the specs are:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
Mobo: ASUS Mobo
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600MHz 32GB (4x8GB)
PSU: 700W PSU
Bought last year December

It's impossible to say without knowing the *exact* 700W PSU. There are 700W PSUs I'd trust to give 700 watts, 700W PSUs that are misleadingly labeled 500W PSUs, and 700W PSUs I wouldn't trust to power a bowl of applesauce or as a doorstop.
It is really 700 watts. Made by Corsair I think. Not sure about the actual brand but it is a trusty one.

Yeah, the PSU. There's only a hand full of decent 700w PSUs. It would be a complete coincidence if you have one of those.

About the RAM: I doubt the 4 sticks are running 3600 MT/s.
Well, Windows did register it as it is which is: 32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600MHz and also in the BIOS. And it is one of the trusty brands for PSUs

You have come here and asked a question, I would expect you'd want an honest answer right? Well you telling us it's a "trusty one" is not enough information about it in order for us to give you that honest answer.

You need to open the case and take a photograph of the label on the power supply inside and post it here, or just read the info on the power supply and tell us that.

Then we can answer your question fully and honestly.

What DRAM reads and what it's running at aren't necessarily the same thing. Though that's not really important to the question at hand. Without knowing the exact model of PSU nobody is going to be able to give you an educated answer to your question regarding the video card.

The only 700w Corsair PSU is the over 10 years old GS700 and was not the best PSU back in the days. You have to replace it because of the age.

Default speed of the RAM is 2133. If you did not change anything in the BIOS it's still running 2133 and with Ryzen it's hard to run 4 sticks @3600, especially Corsair RAM with their lots of different MIC on the same SKU. Slow running RAM has a huge impact on the fps with Ryzen CPU's (except X3D).
Is the RAM bought as a kit of 4 or two kits of 2?

What's the *exact* PSU? There are very good reasons that we ask for the *exact* PSU, not a vague recollection of your "trust me bro" PSU. I'm not sure how you would know if the brand is a trusty one if you're not sure what it is, and there's no such thing as a brand with an absolute level of trust; SeaSonic and Corsair have some very poor PSUs, though obviously not as many as companies like Cooler Master and Thermaltake.

If you don't answer the question, I'm closing this thread. You've started a massive number of threads here lately, so if you're going to ask a question in thread number three billion and ten, and then deny people any information that would allow them to answer the question, there's no reason for that thread to exist.

2 kits of 2
Also, if the only 700E Corsair PSU is from 10 yrs ago, it may not be by Corsair as it was brought last year and made in 2021.

I am not sure of the exact PSU but as far as I've read articles, the exact PSU doesn't matter that much. It's more about the system as a whole.

Then what you've read is completely utterly wrong. Modern GPUs have nasty transient spikes (which is part of why ATX 3.0 mandates a 2x power value for I believe it's 100ms) so you need to have a decent PSU.

If you can't be bothered to find out the details of your PSU there's no help anyone here can really give you.

yes you can, there won't be any bottle necking. around 600watts is recommended for ur system if u were to add the 4070 but like the others said if ur psu is too old you might run into some issues

OK, I'm closing the thread then. You were given ample opportunity to provide information that would allow people to answer your question. You refused.
