I'm currently running those components by hec raptor 500WP psu without any problem.

Can I put a gigabyte gtx 660 windforce graphic card without any problem.
(I ask this because I don't know whether my psu can handle my rig with graphic card ?

Solution
Your current PSU is a glorified paper weight. You should find a unit that is reliable(as close to Tier 1 as possible) and one that can deliver at least 500W of power to the entire system.

Apart from the power issue, your system should accept it without any issue though you will need to uninstall your previous GPU's drivers prior to dropping in the pseudo new GPU.
