Can i put a new graphics card this laptop

I am looking to upgrade my laptop graphics card can i do it?
Alienware M15x MLK
Processor : Intel i7-840QM(1.86GHz,8MB) Mobile CPU
Memory : 4096MB (2x2048) 1333MHz DDR3 Dual Channel(doubled since bought it)
Power Supply : Alienware 150W AC Adapter
Graphics : Single 1.5GB GDDR5 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M

Here is a guide. It is very easy to do something wrong while working with a laptop. Also... Dell makes it very hard upgrading so good luck finding parts.
