Can I put a Power Supply in my desktop?

Solution
The power system used seems to be similar to that used in some Ultra Small Form Factor PC's. In those systems, the "PSU" provides only the basic voltages (usually, +12V, -12V, +12VSB and ground) while the motherboard splits and delivers the voltages per ATX specs. It is a completely different system from the ATX standard a PSU can deliver and there is no standardization for them to follow. In a nutshell, you're pretty much stuck until the motherboard is replaced
I'm going to assume you either have a Lenovo desktop or a server type - which is it? What model? If a Lenovo, there are adapters available to use a standard ATX PSU with their motherboards, but if a server, you may be looking at a proprietary PSU that can't be swapped.

It's a Asus K31ADE

Wow, that is one mysterious PC, I could find no information about the motherboard and the only picture of the motherboard I found showed only a corner which isn't helpful at all to me. The User's Manual contains minimal information that isn't helpful either. Would it be possible for you to take and post a picture here?

Yup I can
