Can I put a wifi stick into this motherboard

The motherboard that I want to buy for my computer build is a gigabyte ga-b150m-ds3h Marc motherboard and the way I am set up I am not near any Ethernet ports and I was wondering if I could just put a wifi stick into the computer and have wifi in it

You can use a USB Wireless WIFI adapter infernape0803
I use COMFAST at 300mbps which works well for me at around $20. Realize that you can't be too far away from your Modem around 11m -15m
