You can if you simply want to add displays and don't have enough outputs on your current card but you will also need a much higher capacity power supply unless you already have one that is several hundred watts above what you actually need now, AND if it is a good model. Considering the Circle cabinet I'll assume you're in the middle east somewhere where power supplies are not plentiful for good models so that might be doubtful, but obviously I don't know that for certain.
You cannot if you want to do it to increase gaming performance. That card model cannot be run in SLI and there is no performance benefit of adding a second card if you're trying to do it for gaming performance.
