Can i put an oveclocked gpu into another system?

So, i overclocked my gpu (gtx 1050) and the pc that i overclocked it on, i chrashed it. The mobo got fried but the gpu didnt. So since i got a new pc , im asking if the pc will crash again and if so, how do i revert the overclock.

The manual OC settings is on your original PC

AFAIK, overclocks on GPU are O.S bound, meaning they boot with stock speeds and the O.S. overclocks them then, so if its not fried it should work perfectly.

unless you managed to overclock the card on its own 'bios', but I've no knowledge about this so wait for more replies.

Different pc = stock settings. Gpu OC is software settings, not hardware.

No idea of changing the card to a different pc will blow it up too. Impossible to tell.

assuming you used MSI AfterBurner or EVGA Precision to overclock it, the overclock will not be present in your new system.

Nothing is stored in the GPU other than the GPUs bios/firmware.
