can i put four ram stick in my motherboard when it only has four slots???

i have four ram ports in my computer, normally people only put two ram in there computer, can i put all four in?

Yes you can. It will not harm your board.
But
More sticks means more stress on memory controller. Most four slot boards have two MC and four sticks puts slightly more stress than two would.
This isn't a big downside though. If you want four then go for four.

You can put all 4 in, it's perfectly fine as long as they are the same model and frequency of RAM and they are compatible with your mobo.
As Ryan_78 mentioned, it does put more stress on the memory controller, although it is perfectly normal and is specced to handle it, so no worries. There wouldn't be 4 RAM slots if it couldn't handle it!
