And what am3 cpu you recommend(am3 support am2 sockets)

Not really worth buying parts for that old system, you can spend $100 and find a much newer tower with an i3 or i5 CPU to stick the 750 Ti in.

For your budget, only thing you can do is buy a used pre-built tower system with an ealier i5. Check local craigslist or whatever sellers are in your area. Newegg, Amazon, etc.. also have plenty of used systems for sale.
