Question Can i put my 60hz monitor to 75hz?

Hello all i have an aoc monitor that is 60hz... today i went and checked if i can change my hz on this monitor and i found out that there is a 75hz option... i put it to 75hz but i can actually see no difference can you guys tell me of i should stick with 60hz(my monitor is 60hz) or can i peave it to 75hz.. and what will that do ? Also i want to mention my resolution (recommended) is 1400x900

I wonder if its okay to leave it at 75hz... there are only two options 60 and 75hz
