Can i put my PC outside and use it on open balcony?

Okay, so this is my first post and a very dumb question, so please excuse me, but i didn't really find an answer to fulfill my curiosity.

So since fall has started and winter is coming - would it be a problem if i placed my pc outside like on the open balcony and work there. Would the case gather more dust, will humidity be a problem since it's fall it rains a lot here. Will minus temperatures be a problem even though the pc would be running 24/7? Will it have better airflow and is there really any positives of doing that kind of thing...?

The wet will be really bad for it, and any wetness that gets in will freeze and unfreeze in the winter and probably really wreak havoc. It's a good idea to keep it cool, and dry days would be fine, but I wouldn't leave it there, especially in winter.

Well i wouldn't leave it out in the open like put in a shelf so it's protected from when it rains and it's windy so it wont be directly exposed to wetness.

Yeah I sort of assumed that's how you would have it but I am talking about just the humidity from the rain would work its way in.
