Can I put one sata cable to all drives and fan controller?

I have 4 sata cable from my supply. Also, I have 3 sata cable as well.
Is there going to be a problem if I put just one sata cable with ssd hdd op drive and fan controller?
What is 4 pin floppy adapter ?

4 pin floppy adapter is for a disk drive. If you dont have a disk drive, you dont need it

If the fan controller uses sata, I cant see why it wouldnt work

I mean I have sata cable that has 4 connectors. Is it okay to use one sata cable to all drives(ssd, hdd, optical drvie)

Yes you can use 1 sata power cable to all devices. Why would they put multiple ends on it if it won't work?
