can i put this graphic card on this motherboard

If it can , what power supply would you recommend , if i have 4gigs of RAM @ 667 Mhz
and Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.2GHz ?

Easily, although the 6570 isn't the fastest card around.

Can't say I had any issues using a 7570 in a PCI-e 1.0 slot motherboard.

In motherboard says PCI-E Gen Gen1 (1x16) and in graphic card says PCI Express 2.1 x16 bus interface , so does x16 says something , would it work or not?

PCI-e cards are backwards compatible (i.e. a PCI-e 3.0 card will work in a 1.0 slot). It should work absolutely fine.

The x16 is the expansion slot width. All PCI-Ex16 graphic cards are physically compatible with PCI-Ex16 expansion slots. I merely mentioned that there were some issues, previously, with PCI-E version 2.1 cards and PCI-E version 1.0 expansion slots.
