Can I RAID 0 2 Intel 750 PCIE SSD's as a boot Drive

System to be used is

ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII EXTREME LGA 1151 Intel Z170
G.SKILL TridentZ Series 32GB DDR4 3600
2 EVGA GTX 980ti
PSU EVGA 1500 Watt Classified
Intel Core i7-6700K

and if not and I only used 1 drive

Which is the faster daily driver

SAMSUNG 950 PRO M.2
or
Intel 750 Series AIC 400GB PCI-E

The Whole point of this rig is absolute Speed so if you know of better options please tell me.

Solution
No you CANNOT boot from these in RAID!
As they explain in the video your RAID controller / BIOS will only work with SATA SSD's, not PCIE drives.
Once you've booted into Windows, you can make a software RAID with the disk manager - but that won'd be bootable.
