Can I reach the gtx 750 ti's power by overclooking a gt 730?

I want to by a new budget graphics card and I have two choices. By the gigabyte gt 730 for like 60€ or by the msi gtx 750 ti twin frozr for 140€. I don't really want to spend that much and I want to know if I can reach the gtx 750 ti's stock core speed and memory speed by overclocking the gt 730.
Any help would be appreciated.

No, you most certainly can not overclock gt730 to gtx750ti performance level.
You can overclock gt730 by 10-20%. But gtx750ti is about 2x-3x faster than gt730.

750 TI has 640
750 TI has over double the memory bandwidth and amount of ram. (1GB vs 2GB)

so.. in theory, if you get 730's clock speed to like... 2000+ maybe? (no, you wont, trust me)
in short, no. they are totally different beasts. You can't make elephant run like gazelle.

I'm pretty sure you can, I OC'd my 950m's mem's speed to 960m's and a higher boost clock than of 960m's.

No, not all the way, but you could get pretty close. It also depends what cooler you have on it, or what airflow is in your case.
