[SOLVED] Can i record games with quadcore?amd

I have a question guys .
My pc specs .
Cpu Amd a8-5600k
Gpu sapphire rx570 4gb nitro+
8gb ram hyper X
So with that build, can i make a 720p video from OBS?
i want to record games like csgo, LoL,resintent evil 2 . And i think i am miles away for pubg but i want at least cs go . I dont want to pick the highest quality like 1080p.

You can use relive (amd software) to use your GPU to do the streaming you can also use OBS but you will need a special version that is for amd.
It's called obs vce branch.
