Can I record Hi Def INTO the 5750 ?

No, you cannot.

Videocards, are by and large, made to OUTPUT video.

What you want is a Video Capture card, which is designed to take an external videosource for manipulation on your computer.

I just noticed that you have already recieved the same answer in your other thread. Don't duplicate your questions just because you don't like the answers, it just makes it harder for those of us who volunteer to help others with their issues.
