can i record xbox one through pc on WINDOWS 7??

i know theres a way with windows 10 but im sticking with the good operating system so can i do it on windows 7?

No. Plus the way on Windows 10 is still pretty bad compared to a dedicated Capture card. You will get waaay better quality with a capture card and that would work on Windows 7.

Windows 10 default capture is great for sharing with your friends and family, but in it's current iteration it's not as good as a dedicated capture card. However, if you can't afford to drop the extra cash for a capture card, it would work for a while.

However, no, you can't do a capture via Windows 7.
