Can I recover my desktop files from old HDD?

Hi Guys.

I have this old HDD with some music and videos i forgot to backup.
I now have and SSD as my main boot drive. I connected the old drive to my PC and Im stuck.
My question is:Where can i find desktop files from the old windows drive?

Assuming you didn't delete, wipe, or format that drive, those files would presumably be under:
E:\Users\YourOldUsername\Desktop\...

(E = whatever drive letter that drive now has)
