Question Can I recover my disk?

I have a problem...My disk is 500GB ,so I don't know what have I've done,but my disk was gone,I can't see in my computer,but I can see in device manager.I have a lot of data on this disk,so can I recover?I tried a lot of programs but didn't worked.

RAM : 8GB DDR3 1666MHz
GPU : GTX 680
Drivers : ADATA SU 800 SCSI Disk Device
WDC WD50 00LPVX-00V0T SCSI Disk Device
Windows 10 and still visible in device manager as a disk driver,but in the disk management there is only one disk,where I installed the windows,and my lost disk isn't in my computer and disk management

Have you tried another sata cable? Another sata port?

if the connection is bad or the sata cables broken the computer wont recognize the hard disk, fix the SATA cable or get a new one

My SATA cable is working well, I tried with anothet disk
