can i reinstall windows 8 upgrade ?

hi guys i have one question about reinstalling windows 8 upgrade so my question is this, im gona buy a new motherboard and will use the same hdd which i have now windows 8 pro (upgrade) installed in it when i install mobo in to my case ,can i reinstall windows 8 with upgrade dvd or should i have to get OEM virsion or do i have to either ? i know it sounds stupid but need help in this area

As far as I know, the upgrade needs an OS to upgrade originally. It did in Win 7. I see no reason why it would change in Win8

Windows 8 very good at installing drvers and adapting to new situation. Try running your system with the old installation on your HDD as it is. Check device manager for any missing drivers. You'll have to activate via the Telephone .
Otherwise you can d'load an ISO from here using your Product key.

Allow the d'load to proceed and choose your Media on completion
