Can i remove a graphics card from my G750JZ ASUS ROG and fit in a new 980?

Hello, i was wondering if i could remove my current graphic card(870M) from my current G750JZ ASUS ROG and fit in a new 980M which has already came out.

No upgarde for the graphics card. Like said in the link below, most laptops have its graphics card soldered. But one of the components that is upgradable in a laptop is the RAM.

This is true, but if OP has the option of upgrading then it is do-able

Potentially doable based on whether or not it's soldered and whether or not OP has the skills to replace it if it is. Even soldered parts can potentially be replaced, though it's really hard and generally never worth it.
