Can i remove it??

so i was uninstalling stuff that i didnt need anymore from the "Programs and features" and i came across a software? its called "Prerequisites For SSDT" And Microsoft corporation next to it.. am i allowed to remove it? or will it just mess up my PC? Thanks.
