Can I remove Memory from Intel Integrated/Shared Graphic Card and transfer it to Memory RAM ?

I have a Laptop with 2 Graphic Card,
1st - Integrated/Shared Intel HD 4000 (Graphic Card),
2nd - Dedicated/Discrete Nvidia 710M (Graphic Card),

and I have a Memory of 4 GB RAM,
so the Intel Graphic Card uses 2 GB,
and I don't use Intel Graphic Card,

So is it possible for me to transfer and add this 2 GB to 4 RAM, to make a 6 GB RAM (Memory).

If it is possible, how can I do it.

No.

It is system memory - RAM. It can be allocated to integrated graphics manually.

It is only used for graphics card memory if your graphics card memory gets over full. This happens automatically. It is a lot slower than graphics card memory.

Yes and NO... I believe you can adjust the amount of VRAM the integrated graphics uses by going into your BIOS. You can't change it to zero.. but you can, I think, reduce it to the minimum amount.

You mean to say, you can increase the VRAM of Intel HD Graphic Card, but not the System Memory RAM ?

Hmmm, can you help me with the finding this stuff (as in where to find it or Youtube Tutorials) in BIOS,
coz I have a Samsung BIOS, which is very Modern and Weird.
