Can i remove the top cover of cooler master hyper 212 led turbo?

my case only support 160mm maximum cpu height which is tecware f3 (https://www.tecware.co/f3)
and the cooler master hyper 212 led turbo is 163mm will the top cover can be remove? actual size of heatsink is 160mm so its perfect for my case
but my problem is the top cover.

Removing the cover or not isn't going to fix the height issue as the heatpipes are still sticking out. That cover stits at the same height of the heatpipes so there is no point in removing it to make the cooler smaller.
