hi, i currently have an amazing laptop with a good GPU a dedicated one, and a not so bad but can be improved cpu. Its an i5 4200U and since i mostly use my laptop for games, an ultra low voltage cpu is not a good idea. it still works for now but in the near future im just wondering if i can upgrade it. and would there be a compatibility issues with the power since i want a non ultra low voltage one?

Solution
Yes it's possible to replace a CPU, but it's difficult due to the tiny screws and such. You also have to worry about compatibility. The selection is also limited.

You have no need to upgrade yours anyways, it's a mid-high end laptop CPU.

TINY SCREWS, just buy the correct drivers and a torch!
Replacing a cpu is easy its just a case of working through the laptop and identifying how it comes apart till you get to the cpu, it can be slow but really easy.
