Can i replace ddr3 with ddr3L ram on my fujitsu A530 i5 ?

My fujitsu A530 i5 (m560) has a ram pc3-10600s (660 mhz) 2gb got the information from cpu_z.
can i replace it with ddr3L 1600 ram 8gb ?
And will this make the lap fast ?
i found that ddr3L is compatible with my fujitsu lifebook a530 on crucial site . But im not sure abt that ..
Also is it better to use the 2 slots with 4gbx2 rams ? Or its ok to use 8gb ram in one slot?
And will the Ssd give the lap a good speed even if i place it in sata 2 port ?

Good is relative. That's the standard connection Sata 2 3Gb/s. for that notebook.

Here are the specs.

It can take up to 8 gig total. SO DIMM (DDR3, 1066 MHz)

....and I would go with 2-4 gigs instead of one 8 gig because I don't know how to populate that MB and I think 2-4 gig sticks would be a safer bet.

I'm not sure what the "L" is for....but that datasheet I linked is right from Fujitsu and there is no L as you can see.

It should be pretty close.

The i5 is about 30% faster.

Thank you for your answer so i will add two rams f 4gb ... because its only going to support 8 gb as max :/
