Can I replace front Panel USB ports?

I plan to build a gaming PC with the Corsair 600T mid-tower ATX case. It comes with four USB 2.0 ports and one USB 3.0 port. I would like to replace the USB 2.0 ports with USB 3.0 ports. Can this be done easily or will it void the warranty? Thanks.

The control panel can be removed then the connections are all on a PCB I would not waste time with it though (I have that case) PITA to remove and replace I have done it.
I would just put a USB 3.0 hub http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA24G15W5700

Would I be able to use all 4 hubs at 3.0 speed on the device you suggested on either the ASUS Maximus VI Hero or the Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H or GA-Z87X-UD5H?

Asus supports 2 USB 3.0 with its header
Gigabyte supports 4 USB 3.0
