Can I replace my ATI radeon 4800 HD series video card with a Sapphire AMD Radeon R7 370 NITRO, 2048MB, GDDR5, 256 video card

Well I want to upgrade my video card and the one that I mentioned is on a nice sale , I am just wandering if I can replace it without having a motherboard connectivity issue.
