No. Unless it's a desktop replacement laptop, pretty much every laptop has its CPU soldered on the board.

No Windows 11 has implemented a requirement for a TPM (Trusted Platform Module) chip for better security.

Just stick with Windows 10, it will have several years of support yet, and by then you will be wanting a new laptop anyway.

No, for multiple reasons.

Win 11 requires 8th Gen or later CPU.
That would require a whole different motherboard.
Laptop motherboards are rarely interchangeable.

Your CPU is also a BGA socket...BallGridArray. Soldered directly to the motherboard.
