i bought my xbox one in brasil ( 110v) and i am going to live in a 220v country. and i saw that the output specs in the brick is the same:

so can i replace the psu brick with the country im at?( i have saw people doing it but i wanted to be sure.)

Solution
In short, yes.

An xBox is the same as any other xBox, regardless of the country it's sold in, the difference is in the power brick/adapter. What matters is you have a power cord capable of receiving the 220v (or 110v depending on the country) and providing the correct output for the xbox to run - as you've already stated, both "bricks" outputs are the same - What the xBox receives is consistent.
