Can I restore a HDD that I can ALREADY recover files from?

I have an external HDD with 3 partitions. One day, one of the partitions became corrupted.

Under "My Computer", I can't see the amount of used and free space. Under its properties, Windows reads it as having 0 bytes of both free and used space.

I opened Data Rescue PC 3 and it turns out that I can recover ALL of the files that existed in the corrupted partition.

However, I am not satisfied with this fix. Is it possible to restore the partition to its original condition?

Please do not call me fussy. I have a lot of Adobe projects on my drive and I don't want to have to re-do all the resource links.

I have even deleted some of the original resources and I don't know if my Adobe files will still display them after recovery.

Data Rescue PC 3 shows me the entire partition as it was before corruption. If it can do that, can it restore the partition to its original condition?
