Can i restore my laptop using my cellphone's sd card?

Hey there
I put the .iso file of the windows 7 on the phone's SD and i would like to get to the restore process when the phone's SD is standing for the cd-rom. So basically i connect the phone to the laptop with a USB and launch the windows installation through there.
Is thia logic in any way?

Don't think I have ever seen anyone try that. If you can make the SD card bootable, and hook up the phone with it to the computer, it may see it as a bootable drive. But why not get a USB flash drive for a few dollars and use that?

Was wondering if its possible so i can prevent from buying something new. I'll try to launch the installation from the SD. I'll let you know!
