Can I retain WIN 7 OS to install TurboTax Deluxe 2020?

TurboTax 2020 requires WIN 8.0 or higher to run the program.

Is there any way to retain my current WIN 7 Professional OS on my desktop PC to run TurboTax 2020 Deluxe?

I like and am comfortable with the WIN 7 GUI and tools and don't want to upgrade my PC to WIN 8.

Have a known good full drive backup of your existing Win 7 before you start.
