Can I return this GPU to Amazon if i receive it broken?

I dont known the concrete policy of Amazon in india but in the rest of amazon places (Spain, Frace, Germany, Uk, US and Italy) i've purchased the answer is a clear YES.

Amazon is not trustworthy anymore. I have bought few things from them and some of them were empty or broken. I called their support but couldn't get satisfying solution. Avoid Amazon my suggestion.

And conversely, my experience with Amazon (US) is the exact opposite.
I/we order something from there at least weekly.

On the incredibly rare occasions where something is broken or the wrong part, I've gotten 100% satisfaction.
