Can I reuse this motherboard along with the build I'm planning?

My motherboard is Hewlett-Packard model 3397 with the processor intel core i7 - 3770. It's hard to find lga 1155 motherboards in my country, so I'm planning to reuse this motherboard along with
these things.

For sure man, that is still a decent processor and would only be worth upgrading if you are really maxing up your system
