Can I RMA my H55?

My H55 has been making clicking noises after about a year, and only happens after the PC has been left on for about an hour.

Does this fall under warranty? The cooler isn't completely dead, yet. I'm also missing two LGA 2011 screws, but otherwise I have all of the parts (although Corsair doesn't mention anything about missing parts under their warranty page)

Yes, that would be grounds for an RMA.
