[SOLVED] can i rollback bios on asrock h110m-dgs?

i updated my bios and now i get no signal on my monitor and also my num lock light doesnt light up. is there a way to rollback my bios?

Have you tried a reset of your bios by removing the CMOS battery from your board with the system powered off and the psu off unplugged from the wall. Put the battery back after 10 mins. Power the system on.
