Question Can I rule out bad memory if I could boot to windows with usb drive?

Hi,
Pc stuck on mobo logo when I attempt to boot. I did a fresh windows install to the only connected drive, worked fine I was able to get windows.

Now when I restart I am stuck on the mobo
Logo. If I was able to boot ok to windows with the usb drive, can I rule out bad ram sticks? Don’t have others to test with. Thanks

IMO, no. Boot MEMTEST86 and run for a few hours. That will tell you if your memory is OK.
