Can i run 1080 with my computer?

my computer spec :
AMD ryzen 5 2400G (3.60 Ghz)
16 GB ram (2x8)
MB:MSI A320M PRO VD/S
PSU 600 watt 80+bronze
Zotac 1060 6GB AMP edition

so i have plan to upgrade my VGA either GTX 1080 or AMD rx vega 64 , can my pc run gtx 1080 or rx vega 64 with that current spec or do i need to change something???

yes u can run it with 660 w bronze,me myself run 1080ti using 550w gold,no problem

What manufacturer/model name is that?
Generally with good quality PSU - 500W is enough for gtx 1080.
