Can i run 144hz 1440p

Hi there, im just wondering if my set up right now can run 144hz at 1440p at a decent FPS.

Motherboard - ASUS ROG Strix Z270E Gaming
CPU - I5 6600
GPU - Asus Turbo 1060 6gb
RAM - 24gb

Any advice/support is appreciated, thanks!

If this is for gaming then, to run 144hz or 1440p at playable framerates, you need atleast a 1070. And 1080 to run both.
