Hello,

I had been using GSkills Trident Z 2x8 GB @ 3600MHZ CL18 but one of the sticks had issues so sent it for replacement. Meanwhile I have bought Gskills Trident Neo 2x8GB @ 3600MHZ CL16. The reason of buying the new neo one's is because the RMA could take months or weeks and my PC would be inoperable. I have a RYZEN 5600X with Asus ROG STRIX B550F - Gaming wifi motherboard.

1. Trident Z Neo

F4-3600C16D-16GTZRC
DDR4-3600MHz CL16-19-19-39 1.35V
16GB (2x8GB)

2. Trident Z RGB (For AMD)

F4-3600C18D-16GTZRX
DDR4-3600MHz CL18-22-22-42 1.35V
16GB (2x8GB)

Solution
It 'might' work together but if it does all RAM will run at the slowest timings. Mixing kits is never guaranteed to work even if they were the exact same make and model. All you can do is test it.
