Can i run 2400 bus ddr4 ram on 2133 ddr4 mobo???

My mobo support max 2133 but 2400 is cheaper than 2133 which is rare in my country...what should i do now??

can u plz tell which would be better i5 4590 vs 6500??

The 6500 is marginally better but there won't be a noticeable performance difference. With a slight overclock of your memory controller and DIMMs it may be possible to reach 2400
